The 21st Century Water Program, LLC. is a Minority Owned entity by Partners Taft Gaddy and Clifford D. Robinson. It was established to assist in the Purification of Water via Reverse Osmosis, as well as providing cost effective and quantitative Water Conservation Products and Services. 

Mr. Robinson has had over 25 years of developing and implementing Corporate Hands-On Training Programs. Over the years via his Company Technical Assistance Consultants/Contractors, he has developed and facilitated Haz/Mat, Boat Repair, Tailoring and DIY Crafts Training courses for UAW Chrysler and UAW Ford on a national basis. Additionally, Mr. Robinson has been a Construction Manager for over forty years, as well.  He has been a  Project Manager on’ multi-varied major commercial construction projects from the Bulk Mail Center in  Sharonville, Ohio to the Detroit People Mover, to Haz/Mat Remediation for the Chrysler North Plant  (Detroit), to the Rehab of the Excalibur Hotel (Las Vegas), to one of the Project Managers on the Little  Caesars Arena. More recently, Mr. Robinson served as Proxy for the Great Lakes Water Authority’s Procurement Director as the Owners Representative Engineer for the past six years, until April 2024.   Throughout his career in addition to Project Management, Technical Writing and Marketing/Research have also been a mainstay.    Mr. Robinson’s journey into Water Conservation first began in the eighties with his Research for his Energy Cooperative company.  Its emphasis was the development of “No Cost Low Cost” technologies.   The study of Water Conservation was one of the subjects under study.  Since that time Mr. Robinson  continued his Water Conservation research which has led to the implementation of the Law of Water  Displacement techniques. After which he has termed the phrase “Discovery… in plain sight”. No, he  didn’t discover the Law of Water Displacement. Nor did he discover the process of creating a water  holding vessel… But oh yes, he did combine them in developing the most quantitative and cost-effective  means of Water Conservation. And it has become a crucial part of our 21st Century Water Program!   “The need to conserve water is inescapable… and the time to conserve is now!”
