A senior citizen African American man has utilized his vast experience and resources to develop The 21st Century Water Program! Clifford D. Robinson President of Technical Assistance Consultants, Inc. is the person and organization behind this fantastic Organization. He has had decades of experience to this end.  He believes the combination of Reverse Osmosis and The Emergency Water Conservation Program are ‘the’ one two punch that can revolutionize Water Management as we know it today!  Moreover, he contends that there is no other Water Management System is as cost effective, or as quantitative (provable) as this.  

Our Reverse Osmosis (RO) Devices are a water purification technology that separates contaminants from water using a semipermeable membrane. In this process, pressure is applied to push water through the membrane, allowing only water molecules to pass while rejecting larger particles, salts, and impurities.  

RO systems are commonly used in various settings, including home drinking water systems, industrial applications, and desalination plants to convert seawater into fresh water. The technology is effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses, and heavy metals, resulting in high-quality, potable water.  

While reverse osmosis is efficient and produces clean water without the need for chemical  treatments, it does require regular maintenance to ensure the membranes are functioning  properly and to prevent fouling. Overall, RO is a widely recognized method for achieving safe and purified water. The Emergency Water Conservation Program © CDR 2020  Technical Assistance Consultants, Inc. announces the launch of the Emergency Water Conservation Program (E.W.C.P) ©, a pilot initiative aimed at tackling water scarcity and costs with innovative, cost-effective solutions.  "Our motto is simple: ‘The need to conserve water is inescapable… And the time to conserve is now!’" said Clifford D. Robinson, President.   The program will first be implemented in collaboration with the City of Detroit and the Great Lakes Water Authority, potentially benefiting 3.8 million residents.  

Key Features and Impact  

The E.W.C.P is designed to save significant amounts of water, with full participation  estimated to conserve 3,800,000 gallons daily. Participants will use water vessels in  toilet tanks to reduce water usage per flush by one quart.  Additional Benefits  The program not only saves water but also decreases wastewater processing needs,  offering financial savings for citizens and the Great Lakes Water Authority.  "The potential impact of this program is immense," Robinson emphasized.  Mr. Robinson has served as a Management Professional, Owners Rep Engineer at  GLWA for the past six years until April 2024. And he has over forty years of experience as a Construction Manager. Additionally, he has been involved in Water Conservation since the eighties.
